HR Business Partner – Bangalore, Karnataka | UNO.care

Role Objective

Be the people partner for the entire region — ensuring the right people are hired, engaged, supported and retained across UNO.care offices and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Employee Engagement: Regularly connect with employees, doctors, nurses and onsite teams; understand concerns and improve engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Wellness Programs: Plan and drive employee wellness, health, recognition and engagement initiatives across the region.

•⁠ ⁠Employee Experience: Own the employee journey from joining → engagement → performance → growth → exit.

•⁠ ⁠People Connect: Conduct regular site visits, 1:1 connects, town halls and feedback sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Hiring & Deployment: Support timely hiring and onboarding of doctors, nurses, operations and business teams.

•⁠ ⁠Retention: Track attrition,



absenteeism and dissatisfaction; proactively resolve issues before people leave.

•⁠ ⁠Performance & Culture: Work with managers on performance, discipline, recognition and development of team members.

•⁠ ⁠Grievance Resolution: Be the first HR point of contact for regional employees and ensure quick, fair closure.

•⁠ ⁠HR Operations: Ensure documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, leaves and HR processes run smoothly.

What We Need

3–6 years HRBP/HR experience • Robust people connect • Excellent communication • High ownership • Comfortable travelling to client sites • Healthcare/multi-location workforce experience preferred.
