Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration for Hyderabad Office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both office-based employees and engineering, project, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, production, project, and support positions.
Coordinate on boarding, induction, documentation, and employee exit processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Support payroll inputs, compensation administration, and employee benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, promotions, and employee development initiatives.




Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
Organize employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, manpower data, recruitment reports, and management information.
Support site and project HR requirements wherever applicable.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, EPC, construction, or industrial setting.
Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact effectively with engineers, technicians, project teams, management, and support staff.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS / payroll systems.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Practical, professional, and solution-oriented approach to employee matters.
