About the Role

We are looking for a agile and hands-on HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, and building a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across functions.
Develop and execute hiring plans to support business growth.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.
Drive performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and employee development programs.
Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Generate HR reports, dashboards,



and workforce analytics for management review.
Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
Solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with performance management and employee relations.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
