Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Foxscan will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment. This full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division will involve helping with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records. The intern will assist in coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR-related communication across teams.





Additional responsibilities may include helping with HR policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and basic payroll or benefits administration support under supervision. The role offers exposure to practical HR processes within a growing diagnostics practice, with guidance from experienced HR and management professionals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Candidates should possess basic experience or interest in Personnel Management.
Robust organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
