Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Associate Web Developer with 1 -2 year of experience in WordPress and web development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, theme customization, HTML development, and basic PHP development, along with a basic understanding of Angular and React.js. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and project teams to build responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.

● Support PHP and WordPress backend integration tasks.

● Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces.

● Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.

● Ensure website responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

● Debug and troubleshoot website and application issues.

● Follow coding standards, version control practices, and project guidelines.





● Work with the development team to complete projects within timelines.

● Basic exposure to Angular or React.js development is an added advantage.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of experience in web or front-end development.

● Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme customization, HTML development, and basic PHP.

● Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

● Familiarity with WordPress CMS and PHP basics.

● Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

● Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.

● Ability to write clean and maintainable code.

Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)

● Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.

● Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or SCSS.

● Basic knowledge of MySQL and database concepts.

● Understanding of website deployment processes.

● Exposure to Agile development practices.
