About the role

You'll own campaigns end to end. Not one campaign — a portfolio of them, across barter and paid, with real volumes and real client deadlines. You'll decide which creators go on a shortlist, write the brief, chase delivery, and be accountable for whether the numbers land.

This is an operations-heavy role. At volume, campaigns are won on follow-through, not ideas.

What you'll do
Own 4–6 concurrent campaigns across barter and paid
Source, vet and shortlist creators against brief, category and audience quality
Get client approval on creator lists and manage revisions
Write briefs, set mandatories and enforce claim guardrails
Coordinate product dispatch and track delivery per creator
Drive follow-ups until content is live, on time and on brief
Collect live links, verify compliance, maintain daily trackers
Handle client communication, escalations and campaign reporting
Manage a team of executives and interns on your campaigns

Pay: ₹10,943.59 - ₹47,349.05 per month
