Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns for GIVA. The role will focus on influencer sourcing, relationship management, campaign execution, content coordination, and performance analysis to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Manage influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and collaborations.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Manage influencer partnerships, deliverables, budgets, and campaign timelines.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI.




Monitor influencer trends and identify current opportunities for brand collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
Prepare campaign performance reports and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates from the Fashion, Jewellery, Beauty, or Lifestyle industry are preferred.
Strong experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, campaign execution, and relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Robust understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content performance metrics.
Experience in campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns and meet deadlines.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
