Role Description

This is a full time role for a Lead Project Manager at XIUS.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for telecom and network infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project milestones,



tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves organizing logistics and resources, expediting project deliverables, and supporting inspection and quality assurance activities to meet technical and regulatory standards.

The Project

Manager will also prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
10+ years of Project Management experience in the Telecom domain
Experience leading PGW replacement and 5G implementation projects.
Must-have knowledge: PGW, EPC, LTE, 5G, network integration, migration, and deployment.
Strong experience in project planning, risk/dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.
Proven ability to manage telecom engineering, customer, vendor, and cross-functional teams.
Robust customer-facing and communication skills with a focus on meeting committed timelines.
Telecom operator/service-provider experience preferred.
