Role Description This Media Public Relations Intern role is an on-site internship based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in drafting and editing press releases, media statements, and other external communications aligned with the firm’s brand and legal practice areas. Daily tasks include supporting media outreach, maintaining media contact lists, monitoring press coverage, and helping coordinate interviews or briefings with journalists.

The role also involves preparing content for social media or newsletters, researching industry trends and media opportunities,



and collaborating with lawyers and the marketing team to ensure consistent and compliant messaging. The intern will gain hands-on experience in legal-sector public relations while contributing to the firm’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications
Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Ability to draft and refine Press Releases and related media materials with clear, accurate, and engaging content.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including grammar, structure, and attention to detail.
Interest in the legal and corporate sectors, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information in accessible terms.
Pursuing or having completed studies in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, qualified environment.
Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with social media platforms;

experience with content scheduling tools is a plus.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
