Role Description This is a full-time, in office Meta Ads Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Meta Ads

Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign metrics, implementing A/B tests, and adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI. The role involves collaborating with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy, aligning campaigns with clients’ marketing objectives.

Executive will also prepare regular performance reports, communicate results to stakeholders, and stay updated on platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Meta Ads campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management.
Ability to analyze performance data, interpret metrics, and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
Experience collaborating with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and copy.
Knowledge of broader digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and basic funnel strategies.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or in managing paid social campaigns is an advantage.
