nRole Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation programs.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closuren
Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migrationn
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)n
Track project timelines, milestones, and dependenciesn
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plann
Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updaten
Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L;, cost control)n




Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL)n
Maintain project documentation and governance standardn

nTransition & Transformation Delivery
nLead and deliver Infrastructure Transition and Transformation programs across enterprise settings.
nDrive strategic initiatives including:

Cloud Migrationn
Data Center Migrationn
Workplace Services Transformationn
Service Desk Transformationn
End User Computing (EUC) Transformationn

nManage transition activities including knowledge transfer, service readiness, operational acceptance, cutover planning, and stabilization.
nProgram Governance & Reporting

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.n
Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions.n
