We are looking for an experienced MIS executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Dalhousie)

Experience: 6–10 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Industry: Electronics

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from various departments.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Monitor sales, inventory, purchase, dispatch, and other operational data.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management reports.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain and update databases and MIS records.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
Coordinate with different teams to collect required information and ensure data accuracy.




Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and data

Requirements
6–10 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Reporting.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
Experience in preparing management dashboards and analytical reports.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Experience in the electronics industry or a related industry will be preferred.
