Drive GTM, launches and strategic growth initiatives end to endn
Track revenue targets, team KPIs and execution across functionsn
Build dashboards, analyse performance and identify growth gapsn
Coordinate Brand, Growth, E-commerce, Operations and CX to ensure closuren
Use AI and automation to improve workflows and team productivityn
Research and execute current channels, partnerships and revenue prospectsn

nWho We're Looking For
nSomeone with 3–5 years in Founder's Office, Growth, Strategy, Consulting or startups who is analytical, commercially sharp, extremely proactive and obsessed with getting things done.
nYou should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, using AI as a daily working tool, challenging teams on outcomes and taking ownership without waiting for instructions.
