Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. If you have strong international BPO voice experience and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries related to travel bookings and support.
Provide accurate and skilled customer service.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Document customer interactions and follow company processes.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice experience
Excellent English communication skills




Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working rotational shifts
