Strong foundationin Early Childhood Education, with relevant experience working with preschool/pre-primary or kindergarten-age children. N
B.Ed. / NTT / Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field. N
Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development, with an ability to translate experiential and inquiry-based learning into meaningful classroom experiences. N
Sound understanding of child development, developmental milestones and kindergarten readiness. N
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families and colleagues, and to provide clear guidance and feedback. N
Ability to lead, mentorand support teachers while fostering a cooperative and reflective teaching culture. N
