NKey Responsibilities:

Provide technicalsupport and coordination assistance to the Application Services team.

Assist in conducting trainings and impart technical knowledge to internal teams and stakeholders.

Support troubleshootingactivities and ensure timely resolution of application-related concerns.
N
Manage demo requisitions including handling requests, maintaining records, processing updates, and obtaining approvals.
N
Assist in Salesforce ticket management, monitoring, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of customer and service requests.
N
Maintain and manage thereplacement tracker.



Verify replacement requests as per agreed terms and conditions and coordinate for timely processing.
N
Coordinate with data analysts to obtain dashboard data and reports as required by the application team.
N
Support preparation of periodic reports and operational data analysis.
N
Assist in the timely collection, analysis, and follow-up of customer feedback.
N
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of operational activities.
N
Handle additional job responsibilities and tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
