KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules.
Develop baseline schedules, construction programs, and work plans.
Monitor actual project progress against planned targets.
Identify delays, deviations, and critical activities and report them to management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and other resources as per project requirements.
Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules in case of delays.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
Conduct regular site progress reviews and maintain accurate progress records.
Prepare MIS reports and management presentations related to project progress.
Maintain project planning documentation and records.




Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution as per approved schedules.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Planning/Project Controls.
Must have experience working on High-Rise Building Projects.
Hands-on experience in Farvision software is required.
Solid knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls.
Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects will be preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
