We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (3–4 years) to build and own our entire performance and growth engine in house.

This isn’t a “run ads and report CPL” role.

You’ll own the journey from:

Ad → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Nurture → Sales → Conversion

What you’ll own
Meta and Google acquisition, retargeting, audiences and optimisation
Landing pages, tracking, attribution and CRO
Salesforce and Zoho integrations and marketing automation
Lead quality, funnel analytics and lifecycle management
Retargeting, re churn and dormant lead reactivation
Performance strategy, testing and quarterly planning
Working directly with Sales and Presales to turn feedback into marketing action





You’ll also lead a 2 member team covering Technology and Automation and SEO and Nurture Content.

We’re looking for someone who is hands on, data driven, curious about where performance marketing is heading, and obsessed with improving the quality, not just the quantity, of leads.

Real estate experience is preferred. High ticket and consideration led businesses are a plus.

We work with finite budgets.
