We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience, strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and hands-on experience driving sales on Amazon and Flipkart.

The role involves managing paid campaigns, testing creatives and audiences, optimising budgets, and improving ROAS across our website and marketplaces.

Prior experience growing women’s clothing brands is a must, with a robust understanding of fashion shoppers, seasonal campaigns, and purchase behaviour.

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimise Meta Ads to drive website sales.
Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
Track ROAS, customer acquisition costs, conversions, and campaign budgets.
Work with the creative team to test ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
Plan campaigns for new collections,



festive launches, and sales.
Share performance reports with explicit recommendations for growth.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Prior experience working with women’s clothing brands is mandatory.
Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
Proven ability to grow sales while maintaining profitable ROAS.
Understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and customer purchase behaviour.
