We're a lean five-person team, funded, and scaling rapid across D2C, Amazon, Blinkit, and offline.

This is a hands-on, in-the-account seat

About the Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to run day-to-day execution on Meta Ads and weekly retention for our D2C business. You'll work closely with the founders and our performance agency, turning campaign briefs into live, optimized, ROAS-positive ads.

What you'll do
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
Manage daily budget pacing, bid strategy, and audience/keyword structuring
A/B test creative, copy,



and landing pages; report weekly on CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC
Coordinate with the design team on creative briefs — static-first, brand-guardrail-compliant
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and reallocate spend within agreed limits
Maintain a clean tracking/reporting setup (UTMs, conversion events, pixel health)

What we're looking for
1–3 years hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (agency or in-house)
Comfortable in Ads Manager, Gokwik dashboard and Google Ads console daily - this is an execution role
Working knowledge of ROAS/CAC math and basic Excel/Sheets reporting
D2C or e-commerce experience strongly preferred; FMCG/beverage a plus
Rapid, detail-oriented, low ego - comfortable taking direction and iterating quickly
