About the Role

We are looking for motivated Diploma candidates to join as Operator Engineer Trainees (OET). The role involves working in a manufacturing environment and supporting day-to-day production and operational activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
Monitor production output and maintain quality standards.
Identify and report machine or production-related issues.
Maintain proper records and production-related documentation.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
1–3 years of overall work experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.




Good understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
Candidates should be able to understand and communicate in Tamil.
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates should be willing to commit to a 3-year service contract.
Age should be between 22 and 26 years.

Salary & Perks
Take-Home Salary: ₹19,000 per month
CTC: ₹24,500 per month
Monthly Bonus: ₹1,500
Retention Bonus: ₹18,000 upon completion of 1 year with the company
Night Shift Allowance: Additional ₹50 per night shift

Additional Information
Transport routes/locations will be shared after the agreement is finalized.
