Operations Manager – Munnar

We are hiring a Operations Manager to manage property operations, guest experience, local partnerships, and business development across our Munnar properties.

Key Responsibilities
Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality checks.
Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, and local partners.
Develop travel-agent and B2B partnerships.
Identify sales and revenue opportunities.
Support current property onboarding and improve property performance.
Manage on-ground issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
Hospitality, travel, sales, or field operations experience preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Valuable knowledge/network in Munnar is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Munnar, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Munnar, Kerala
