About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-driven OPT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and prior experience working in a voice process

Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate outreach via phone calls (voice process) and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment cycle
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates using job portals and networking
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors
Negotiate rates/salaries and close positions within given timelines




Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications
1.5 – 5 years of experience in Voice process
Excellent verbal communication skills
Prior experience in a voice process is mandatory
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Proficiency with job portals preferred

Shift Details
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Time Zone Alignment)
