Key Responsibilities:
Field Visits: Travel to customer homes or businesses to discuss missed loan payments and assess their financial status.
Debt Collection: Collect payments or set up realistic repayment agreements while following company rules.
Negotiation: Talk with customers to resolve account issues and manage ledger reconciliations.
Compliance & Ethics: Follow Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and legal standards to ensure fair treatment.
Reporting: Use mobile apps or digital tools to log visit results, update daily collection logs, and report to managers.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in banking, microfinance, or NBFC collections, recovery preferred
Certifications: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is often required.
