KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver world-class, articulate verbal and written support for complex technical queries and customer service needs.
Maintain absolute clarity, grammatical precision, and high-level professionalism across all digital and voice interactions.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction while seamlessly adhering to performance metrics.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY:
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Communication Standards: Exceptional,



flawless English communication skills with absolute zero grammatical errors, a neutral accent, and strictly no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
Versant Score: Must achieve a Versant score of 5 or 6.
Experience Level: Both high-caliber freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
Freshers: ₹22,000 in-hand per month
Experienced: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
Training: Comprehensive 10 to 15 days of paid training provided upon joining.

WORK TIMINGS & SHIFTS:
Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
Shift Duration: 10.5-hour shifts.
Shift Policies:
Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts only.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Modes Available: Virtual and Face-to-Face rounds.
