Role Description This is a full time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Ringas.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production operations for medical diagnostic X-ray equipment and accessories, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, optimizing workflows, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or process-related issues. The role also involves implementing process improvements, maintaining documentation,



supporting root cause analysis for defects, and contributing to continuous enhancement of manufacturing practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret data, and improve production efficiency.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with production teams, quality teams, and management.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
Experience in medical devices, electronics manufacturing, or a regulated production workplace is an advantage.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Ringas, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to health and safety standards.
