About The Role

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Project Management, or a similar technical role.
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
Valuable understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD, and application architecture.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex technology initiatives.
Robust experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
Ability to understand technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
