About the Role

Tofflon India is looking for a QC Executive to support quality control activities and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality control activities as per established procedures and specifications.
Inspect incoming materials, components and finished products as applicable.
Maintain quality-related records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, quality standards and GMP requirements.
Support deviation investigations, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement and other departments on quality-related matters.
Support internal and external audits and inspections.
Monitor and report quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.




Ensure proper maintenance of QC documentation and records.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes.

Requirements
Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical or engineering equipment manufacturing.
Positive understanding of GMP, QMS, SOPs, CAPA and deviation management.
Solid documentation and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Experience in the pharmaceutical equipment/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
