The organization operates from a 5000-square-yard facility with in-house capabilities and state-of-the-art infrastructure. It specializes in turnkey projects for solvent extraction plants in India and abroad, including plants for rice bran, soya bean, mustard, sunflower, spent earth.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Control Engineer role based in Dhuri.

The Quality Control

Engineer will conduct routine inspections and testing of machinery, components, and production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. The role involves monitoring quality metrics, identifying non-conformities, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The engineer will prepare and maintain quality documentation, test reports, and standard operating procedures, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in solvent extraction and processing plants.

Day-to-day activities include root cause analysis of quality issues,



participation in audits, and providing clear communication to stakeholders on quality performance and recommendations.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven evaluation of processes, defect analysis, and performance improvement.
Knowledge of Quality Management practices, standards, and methodologies, including implementation of control plans.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document findings, and report results clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with solvent extraction plants, process equipment, or heavy machinery is an advantage.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Detail-oriented mindset, solid problem-solving abilities, and commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
