Role Description The Quality Controller is a full time, in office role based in Coimbatore, responsible for monitoring and improving service and operational standards across the hotel. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, reviewing service procedures, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves documenting findings, preparing reports, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant departments.

The Quality

Controller will conduct training sessions for staff on quality and service standards, support internal audits,



and help implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to develop, maintain, and improve quality processes across hotel operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to guide and support staff in meeting quality and service expectations.
Candidates should possess skills in Auditing to perform regular checks, identify gaps, and recommend corrective measures.
Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Previous experience in quality roles within hospitality or service-oriented sectors is preferred.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Quality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Tamil speaking candidates preferred.
