The Account Assistant will support the accounting department by managing financial records, processing invoices, and assisting in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documents to ensure all transactions are well-organized and easily accessible.
Invoice Processing: Help process incoming invoices and ensure that they are recorded in the accounting system promptly and accurately.
Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the database.
Assisting with Reports: Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries by compiling data and performing basic calculations.
Communication:



Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in billing or payments, ensuring transparent communication and prompt resolution of issues.

Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially spreadsheets, will be beneficial.
