Role & Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition prospects across residential, retail, and mixed-use segments in targeted Indian markets.
Conduct deep-dive financial modeling — cap rates, IRR, cash-on-cash returns — to determine asset viability and optimize exit strategy.
Collaborate with legal, title, and due diligence teams to structure seamless transactions under tight timelines.
Partner with property managers and contractors to oversee value-add renovations and tenant optimizations that improve NOI.
Track portfolio performance, forecast cash flows, and report ROI metrics to senior investment leadership.




Build relationships with brokers, developers, and local stakeholders to expand off-market deal pipelines.
