Role Description – Sales Manager

Oasis Drinks is looking for experienced Sales Managers for full-time roles across multiple regions of India.

Job Locations / Sales Regions:
North India
South India
East India
West India

Candidates will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing distributor and retailer networks, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Business Development
Preference for experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage, or related industries
Solid distributor, dealer, and retailer network management skills
Experience in territory planning, target achievement, sales forecasting, and market expansion
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills




Comfortable with field work and regular travel within the assigned region
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA will be an advantage

Salary & Job Details

Salary: Starting from ₹35,000 per month

Hike: Up to 20% on last drawn salary, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance

Experience: 3–5 Years

Note: Candidates can be assigned to a region based on their location, market knowledge, and previous sales experience.
