Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ERP implementation, system integration, business process requirements, testing, rollout and user adoption.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of SLA, KPI, incident, operations and project management.
Experience in the Jewellery domain, particularly Jewellery ERP implementation, retail operations, inventory, POS, manufacturing or related business applications, will be highly preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
Experience in UAE/GCC projects will be an advantage.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
