Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad at Dopamine Feel Good Gym. This role involves engaging potential and existing members, explaining membership plans and services, and conducting tours of the facility to highlight equipment, training zones, and wellness offerings.

The Sales

Executive will manage inbound and outbound leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the sales system. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, handling membership inquiries, coordinating with training and front desk teams, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors.



The role also includes participating in promotional activities, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives to drive membership growth.

Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into memberships and meet defined targets.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to create positive, long-term member experiences.
Transparent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present gym offerings confidently and persuasively.
Basic marketing and outreach skills, such as comfort with social media, local promotions, and event participation.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and daily tasks efficiently.
Comfort working in a fitness-oriented setting and an interest in health and wellness.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
