Prakalpa is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps businesses manage projects, workflows, documents and customer interactions. We are currently expanding our GTM efforts across project management, AI Voice Agents and industry-specific solutions.

Role

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Executives to work directly with the Founder in building Prakalpa's initial customer base.

This is a founder-led sales and marketing role, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS, AI products and early-stage startup building.

Location: Gurgaon / Jaipur / Hybrid

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and build prospect lists across target customer segments.

•Conduct outbound calling, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn outreach.

•Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

•Schedule and support product demos with the Founder.

•Follow up systematically with prospects, pilots and proposals.

•Run digital marketing campaigns and support lead-generation activities.

•Maintain prospect/customer information in CRM.

•Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team.





•Support pilot onboarding and early customer success.

What We Are Looking For

•2+ years of experience in sales, business development, tele-calling or customer-facing roles.

•Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.

•Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners/managers.

•Energetic, persistent and willing to learn.

•Basic understanding of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and digital tools.

•Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup setting.

•Hunger to learn and achieve is more important than prior SaaS experience.
