Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Officer role based in Bhopal.

The Sales

Officer is responsible for generating and managing leads, promoting Bajaj Finserv’s lending and other financial products, and driving customer acquisition and retention. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle, achieving assigned targets,



and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

The Sales

Officer also collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support post-sales processes.

Qualifications
Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines and achieve sales targets.
Effective Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams.
Experience in Channel Sales or working with distribution partners to expand market reach.
Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of consumer lending products and local market dynamics in Bhopal.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
