Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing/products.
Handle counter sales and billing.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of merchandise.
Assist with stock checking and replenishment.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
Candidate Profile
10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
Retail, clothing or counter-sales experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, confident and willing to work in a retail workplace.
Knowledge of Hindi, English and Konkani will be an advantage.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability, with incentives if applicable.
