We are looking for a Purchase Manager to lead procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning while ensuring cost-effective sourcing, uninterrupted supply, and productive supply chain operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage procurement planning and inventory control based on sales forecasts, demand planning, and business requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely procurement of quality materials.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and vendor audit requirements while maintaining procurement best practices.
Monitor procurement budgets, optimize sourcing costs,



and implement strategies to improve profitability without compromising quality.
Manage purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, vendor payments, and identify potential supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the BPC (Beauty, Personal Care) or Nutraceutical industry.
Experience in inventory control.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards for wellness and personal care products.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Good communication skills and the ability to travel for work.
