We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students make informed academic decisions. This is a high-performance sales role focused on lead conversion, counselling, admissions, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to prospective students from provided leads.
Convert leads into counselling sessions, walk-ins, and admissions.
Conduct effective counselling and understand students' requirements and career goals.
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face counselling sessions at the centre.




Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion prospects.
Effectively communicate course benefits, features, structure, and value proposition.
Meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, counselling appointments, and conversions in the CRM.
Manage the complete lead journey from first contact to enrolment.
Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely closure of qualified leads.
Maintain a qualified and positive customer experience throughout the counselling process.
