Team Manager (Portfolio Management) About the Team: - The team manages all reporting activities for Senior Management, Limited Partners, and regulatory stakeholders, working closely with the Valuations team in Current York. Its responsibilities span three key areas: collecting, validating and uploading the fund & investment level data, delivering regular reporting for internal stakeholders, LPs, and senior leadership; along with handling ad-hoc analytical requests. Key Responsibilities: -

Develop a positive understanding of the investment strategies for Private Equity, Hedge Funds, & GP Stakes.
n
Become the SME and the 'Go To' person for the team members for any doubts related to the process.
n
Preparing Ad-Hoc reports/dashboards as per management's requirement.
n
Ensure timely allocation and delivery of work to the client without breaching the SLAs/KPIs.
n
Mentor and coach, the team members by providing them with timely feedback.
n
Build a solid relationship with the clients and ensure they get the best possible experience from the team.
n
Identify process gaps and drive process improvement projects.
n

Desired Candidate Profile: -

n

n




Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with at least 8 years of relevant experience in alternate asset industry.
n
Should have very positive working knowledge of answering Fund/Investment level reporting like cash flow reporting, capital calls/distributions, Valuation reporting, LP reporting, etc.
n
Expertise in various reporting documents on a monthly and quarterly basis, such as Factsheets, Track Records, Performance Summaries, Marketing Materials, PPMs, Pitchbooks, etc.
n
Experience in iLevel, 73Strings, or any reporting software is advantageous.
n
The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and a people manager who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
n
The profile involves effective communication across clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.

A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders. Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted
