Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to our clients

/n
Accurately complete end to end International travel requirements for air, hotel,car, rail.

/n
Incumbent should have valuable knowledge of international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)

/n
Open to work in flexible setting, roster off, weekend working, public holidays and festivals

/n
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA

/n
Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)

/n
Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage.

/n




Counsel clients on effective routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the clients business travel policies wherever necessary.

/n
Research and resolve client inquiries/issues at point of sale. Coach, develop and mentor peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultants

Deliver expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators

/n
Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients

/n
Should be team player and manage show alone if required

/n
Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport.

Excellent communication skills (Both Written and Verbal)

Flexible working in rotational shifts that include night shifts.
