About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as an experienced Oracle OTC specialist to troubleshoot production issues and manage enhancement requests within the Order to Cash cycle.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AR Receipts, AR Invoices, Order Management, Shipping, and Pricing.
n
Manage and prioritize a backlog of change and enhancement requests effectively.
n
Support Oracle OTC functional processes to optimize Order to Cash operations.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with inventory and manufacturing modules.
n

Required skills and experience

n

n




Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) modules, including AR Receipts, AR Invoices, Order Management, Shipping, and Pricing.
n
Robust functional knowledge in troubleshooting production issues within Oracle OTC.
n
Experience managing change and enhancement requests for Oracle applications.
n
Familiarity with Oracle Inventory management modules is highly desirable.
n
Exposure to Oracle Process Manufacturing modules is preferred.
