We are seeking a energetic and proactive qualified with prior experience of working closely with the music artist community and labels - ideally in artist management, distribution or a related domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify rising independent artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Spotify etc.
n
Sign and manage artists for distribution
n
Identify labels / catalogues for acquisition. Evaluate revenues and close contracts for acquisition
n
Negotiate contract with artist
n
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases
n
Monitor and analyze KPI's
n
Attend showcases and artist community events
n
Build relationships with managers/producers/ songwriters
n
