Designs and delivers formal or informal training, mentorship, and supports other developers.
Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release.
Looks to constantly improve coding standards and provides recommendations.

Qualifications
5+ years of applicable software-development experience, including demonstrated success developing applications using .NET technologies.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, or supporting solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience using or developing AI technologies, AI-enabled applications, machine learning services, or generative AI solutions.
