We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist – US Market Location: Hyderabad, India — Remote Employment Type: Full time Industry: Real Estate Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based bonus Work Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time About the Role We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard property owners and listers in the United States. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, learns quickly, follows up consistently, and is comfortable working toward sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through outbound calls, email, referrals, and online research. Explain the company’s services and advantages clearly. Qualify prospects, answer questions, and handle objections. Follow up consistently and convert interested prospects. Guide qualified leads through registration and onboarding. Follow up on incomplete registrations or missing information. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM. Meet established outreach, conversion, and onboarding targets. Provide regular progress updates and customer feedback to management. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition, recruitment,



customer service, or another customer-facing role. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident and professional telephone communication. Solid persuasion, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently. Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and target-oriented. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, video meetings, and CRM tools. Reliable computer, high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace. Ability to consistently work U.S. Central Time hours. Work Schedule This position follows U.S. Central Time and requires an overnight schedule in Hyderabad: Approximately 7:30 p.m.–3:30 a.m. IST during U.S. daylight-saving time Approximately 8:30 p.m.–4:30 a.m. IST during U.S. standard time Compensation The salary is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and communication skills. Employees who meet or exceed their targets will be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
