Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Yumleys’ presence across social platforms, managing day-to-day activities such as content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, includes developing and executing social media campaigns that align with brand and marketing objectives.

Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize content and posting strategies, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.





Responsibilities also include responding to community interactions, staying current with social media trends, and identifying opportunities to increase reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and enhance campaigns across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design and manage content calendars that support marketing goals.
Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, and prior experience managing brand social media accounts, would be beneficial.
