Key Responsibilities
Install and configure software applications on desktops, laptops, and POS systems.
Troubleshoot application installation, configuration, login, performance, and compatibility issues.
Install application updates, patches, drivers, and required supporting software.
Configure applications according to customer and system requirements.
Diagnose software and operating-system-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Support POS applications and related software at customer locations or remotely.
Coordinate with technical, TRC, and Field Engineering teams for complex issues.
Guide users on basic application usage and troubleshooting.
Maintain records of software installations, issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Ensure applications are properly tested and functional after installation or troubleshooting.
Escalate recurring or unresolved application issues to the appropriate technical team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
