Handle and respond to leads from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
Understand client requirements, event details, budget, and expectations.
Explain packages, services, pricing, portfolio, and offers to potential clients.
Prepare and share quotations and follow up with clients regularly.
Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings, and office visits.
Negotiate professionally and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain and update all lead, quotation, follow-up, and payment details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth client handover after booking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
