Roles & Responsibilities:
Enable Automotive and Robotics programs from development through certification.
Work with engineering teams to align development practices with industry standards and customer requirements.
Drive readiness for external assessments and conduct internal audits and reviews.
Help teams prepare compliance evidence, safety documentation, and assessment responses.
Establish process improvements, trainings, corrective actions, and best-in-class practices across SoC programs.
Contribute to internal and external safety readiness initiatives across Automotive, robotics, AI, and industrial domains.

Skills Required:




10+ years of robust experience in semiconductor or SoC development within safety-critical industries.
Practical knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, IEC 61508, or similar standards.
Experience supporting engineering teams in compliance, audit, and process improvement activities.
Experience with Functional Safety and/or cybersecurity assessments and work products.
Ability to work across technical and organizational boundaries in complex engineering environments.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
